We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item if:

• You received the wrong product, and it has not been used or opened. The item must remain in its original sealed packaging with all labels attached.

• You received a damaged or defective product. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
• All original labels, accessories, and packaging must be included.
• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notice

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Shipping or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.
• Le Ink Tattoo® reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
