Returns & Exchanges

You can return the product if it is not on the Le ink Tattoo® non-returnable products list and if you have received it in the following conditions:

• Incorrect product (if the product has not been used and is in its original, intact packaging with all labels and markings).
• Damaged/Defective product (products with opened packaging will be accepted if the description or displayed images are different).

We will approve the return under the following specified conditions:

• The products are in their original packaging from the seller (unopened and sealed box) and not damaged or in poor condition. The packaging must be sealed and intact.
• For orders, the product's original tags and labels must be present with the original packaging.
• For other products, returns will be accepted if the product is in its original, intact packaging, including all accessories.

The refund process will be completed within 40 to 60 business days after we inspect the returned products.

The amount will be refunded to your Le ink Tattoo® wallet or to your credit card based on your original payment method.
